the goji berry, on test

fruit viagra, cellulite busting, they're praising them.

it's said they contain more: c vitamin than oranges, beta carotene than carrots and iron than steak.

The berries are a good source of B vitamins and anti-oxidants - which may help protect against the fallout from chemical reactions in the body..."

now, all that is very nice, but i've noticed that whatever we eat that's natural, it's usually anti-oxidant, full of vitamins, helps prevent heart disease and so on. so, final conclusion is that we shouldn't eat junk food, and we'd be ok.

and we should probably sleep more...
